Business Intelligence Reporting
Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Reporting
The ActiveH Business Intelligence reporting module turns your system data into the information to drive your organisation. Our use of Microsoft Core Technologies during system development unlocks the flexibility of how you can access and present your information. At audit commission inspection time, BI Reporting provides all the indicators to demonstrate how well stock is being managed and tenant care is being delivered. The enhanced demographic information available from a true integrated solution assists in demonstrating that all tenant needs are being constantly monitored, moving RSLs beyond a single star rating.
Reporting is an integral part of our applications. This allows defined roles for how teams work and access the main system modules can also be used to determine what BI reports they should see and if they have a default dashboard or balanced scorecard report, what it should contain. Non users of the main system, including senior managers can also easily have access to BI reporting, while also optionally being allowed access to organisation tasking. This can enable directors or board members to see a simple picture of service delivery, without getting tied up too soon in confusing detail.
We recognise that all our customers, although working to a similar end, are intrinsically unique. Our reporting solution is easily adaptable, and flexible to deal with mixed data sources and the use of dedicated reporting servers where available. Where customers would like reports scheduled and delivered by email as PDF or XLS formats, this option is also naturally available. Drill down features, summaries etc are all provided as standard. This enables analysis by Owning Body, Area, Estate, Scheme, Property Type, Bed Size, Contact Demographic (age, Ethnic Origin etc), if its recorded, our solution can expose it for you, or you can easily link it in yourself.
KLOE areas, regional reports such as RSR, Decent Homes, ASPR, SHQS, PI;s for Wales and of course NROSH and the P1E for homelessness are all covered. Wherever our customers are located, England, Northern Ireland, Scotland or Wales, we have your statutory requirements overed. Many reports identifying exceptions are also usefully provided as standard. The ability to segment and profile your customers is provided as standard for each application area.
Application reports are also fully enabled for reviewing geographically. This is often a far more natural method of presenting and using data to target adjustments in delivery of initiatives.
