I set up a whole swipe card payment import by just following the rent module on-line help. A small query about my test data was the only time I needed to contact the helpdesk and after a short chat the process was complete

Bromford Align with ActiveH   (28/03/2009)

MIS-AMS is currently assisting Bromford Group to implement ActiveH Housing Management Systems across all members of their group.



The award winning Bromford Group has been in housing for more than 40 years and has doubled in size in the last three years. Collectively the Group now owns 25,000 homes and operates in 58 local authorities and employs over 1000 people. They have been a customer with MIS for over 10 years and have built a strong relationship over that time.



A group alignment project is under way at Bromford to align key group policies, related processes and systems essential to achieving efficient operational management across the group. This will culminate next year with the roll out of existing ActiveH modules, Assets, Contacts, CRM, Rents, Repairs as well as the implementation of planned maintenance.
