Orbit call centre live on ActiveH   (06/03/2009)



Staff at Orbit Group's Garden Court service centre are now live with the ActiveH CRM, Repairs and Rents modules. The first calls from customers were taken less than 100 days after contracts were signed.

Over 300 staff in the wider group are now using the ActiveH SQL Server based Housing Management System.

Jason Coyne of the Best Practice Group, who has been monitoring the project was very impressed with the way MIS-AMS managed the implementation, within budget and target expectations. Jason commented the go-live was uniquely delivered on time, often a rarity rather than the norm elsewhere in the sector.
