HHP go live with ActiveH CRM (02/05/2007)
The far north west of Scotland based social housing provider HHP (Hebridean Housing Partnership) are the latest RSL to benefit from the ActiveH full SQL Server based CRM solution.
HHP became a Registered Social Landlord on 12th September 2006 following the transfer of the Comhairles housing stock. The CRM application integrates seemlessly with Repairs & Rent Accounting modules. The system has also been linked to OmFax repair diagnostics which should assist with the partnerships mandate to improve rented housing standards throughout the Western Isles of Scotland. HHP have an ambitious programme of Kitchen, Bathroom and heating upgrades.
Integrated workflow that comes as standard within CRM and all of the MIS-AMS ActiveH products will also play a part in managing repairs, tenants, applicants and other contacts.
Dave Evans was the implementor for the Hebridean Housing Partnership. Angus Smith commented on how impressive and helpful Dave has been when working on site or remotely over VPN links. Although remote geographically, support was very good with an excellent response from the MIS helpdesk and other staff.
