Organisation
MIS Active Management Systems Ltd are organised into four main teams to support our expanding customer base.
Development
Two development teams support our ActiveH products across asset and contact segments. Helpdesk contacts are based within those teams so customers have rapid direct access to the right assistance as required. A single version of our products is installed at our customer sites, which improves reliability and consistency. Constant development and improvement, that adds value to the modules, benefits all customers, not just a number of larger ones able to finance system changes.
Finance
We acknowledge that finance customers benefit from special care. That is why we have a dedicated support and implementation team for this purpose. Support for Microsoft Dynamics GP, Open Accounts, SunAccounts and other interfaces are all dealt with centrally.
Customer Services
Our customer services team comprises implementation, training and customer support staff. Each are carefully trained to understand client processes in relation to our products. This enables them to have maximum impact and deliver maximum value for our clients while training, carrying out implementations or undertaking business or process review.
Keys to Success
MIS AMS helps organisations target the key areas that threaten implementation and project success. All clients are provided with close project management. Everyone is kept in the loop to minimise risk and ensure projects go live on time, within budget when all project owners are content to do so.
