Multiple development teams support our ActiveH products across desktop and mobile product lines. Constant enhancement – and development driven by a specific customer – benefits all customers. A single version of ActiveH is installed across all our customers, improving reliability, consistency and delivering the best customer support. Helpdesk contacts are based within each team ensuring customers have rapid direct access to the right assistance as required.

Customer Services and Implementation

Our customer services team comprises implementation, training and customer support staff. All are very experienced in housing management, many coming from housing associations and are carefully trained to understand client processes in relation to our solutions. This enables them to have maximum impact and deliver maximum value for our clients while training, carrying out implementations or undertaking business or process reviews.

New Business, Sales and Marketing

The Sales and Marketing team are key elements in gathering information about the needs and trends in the industry. This insight comes from three key sources:

  • Close contact with existing customers through regular account review meetings at which the key members of both parties work to develop the continuous implementation of new ideas.
  • Tendering; the majority of new customers are gained through a tendering process and while developing the proposals to meet the tender specifications, a great deal of insight is gained into the evolving needs and trends in housing management.
  • Attendance at exhibitions and conferences both as a supplier and as delegates, listening to the conference presentations enables us to understand the vison and aspirations of keynote speakers who are reflecting on future trends.

Keys to Success

Project Management is a key to the successful implementation of any computer system and MIS AMS uses a simplified version of PRINCE2 to manage the implementation project.
All our Implementation Team are highly experienced in housing management and using Discovery Days, they identify and target the key areas that threaten implementation and project success.  Communication is key to any project and MIS ensures that regular communication takes place to reduce risk, and ensure projects go live on time and within budget.
