From each report, users can view summaries and trends, access the detail that it was built from, then open up system areas straight from a clickable link, right down to a specific element of data.

Users will find each of the KPI, Dashboard and Scorecard reports easy to use and with Business Intelligence Reporting expanded across each business area, there will be a mountain of information available.

Filter criteria can easily be applied to a comprehensive list of fields whether on the report or not. Familiar grouping levels such as housing officer, scheme, area, ward, owning body, BME and asset types are easily applied.

Where reports do not quite precisely match your needs, it is easy to amend a report, save locally and then substitute it. In-depth computer or database knowledge is not necessary to tailor reports to your needs and full training is naturally provided as part of the package.
