Reside chooses UKs number one housing management provider to implement its first system

Reside Housing, a non-profit private registered provider of social housing with 350 properties and 1250 tenancies, has chosen MIS AMS and ActiveH to manage its estate of homes with support.

Reside, who established in 2002, with the motivation of assisting and promoting independence in the community for disabled people, particularly those with a learning disability, mental health problem and/or acquired brain injury has chosen ActiveH as its core business system to bring its processes into the digital age.

The system will provide Reside’s 35 employees with capabilities way beyond its legacy procedures and processes which were dated and as part of the wider digital transformation they turned to MIS AMS’s housing management solutions.

Gavin Rendall, Director, said, Reside has grown steadily in the last fourteen years but our processes remained underdeveloped and it was time for us to bring them into the digital age, to not only benefit our team but more importantly our residents.

“Our ultimate goal is to provide a better quality and more proactive service with greater focus on the needs of our tenants. Implementing ActiveH a totally integrated solution, will allow us to have a single view of our customers. It will provide us with the power to solve issues before they even become problems and to be proactive wherever we can, keeping our customers as the main focus.”

Reside will see all of ActiveH’s core modules implemented to enable the organisation to digitally transform its tenant, staff, supplier and property management operations.

Chris Mclaughlin, managing director at MIS AMS said: “The team and I here at MIS are dedicated to making sure our clients give their tenants the very best level of service and meeting with Reside, we understood that in this case that level of service was even more vital. We have liaised very closely to create a system that will work just as the team need it to across their organisation and daily tasks. Our system is resolving problems efficiently and costs can be driven down by offering digital alternatives to traditional methods.”

Gavin ended, “We are delighted to be working with the MIS AMS team. They came so highly recommended and we can see why. They’ve taken the time to understand our organisation and how it operates and we’re very excited to see what the future holds as our underlying workflows are dramatically changed for the better.”
