MIS AMS expands implementation team
Chris Warriner has been hired as a new senior systems implementor at MIS AMS, the housing management system provider. He has joined the Northwich-based business from Wolverhampton-based Bromford Housing Group where he had worked for 13 years as a system analyst.
Chris’s new role has customer implementations at the heart of it, but also encompasses product demonstrations to existing and potential customers and carrying out ‘discovery days’ whilst providing ongoing advice and training to housing association clients.
With a 36-year career history working exclusively in the public sector with the social security and housing associations in Liverpool and the West Midlands, Chris is well placed to take up his new role. He is well versed on the challenges that face housing associations with ever-increasing levels of digitisation and demands from tenants.
“You’re never too old to have a change of direction, and its lovely to join MIS AMS on the other side of the fence putting my knowledge of housing associations to good use,” said Chris Warriner.
“I’ve worked in the past with MIS AMS in a customer capacity and felt that the company possess the right skills to help housing associations bring about digital transformation – MIS has a great customer base and I’m looking forward to the challenge ahead.”
“This year has been an amazing year of growth in terms of taking on new clients and it’s this expansion that means we need to hire skilled people like Chris,” explains Andy Bannaghan, implementation director, MIS AMS.
“He knows more about the coal-face view our clients have than even we do, the market factors affecting them and how best to help them and I’m really pleased to have him on the team.”
