Moat chooses MIS AMS ActiveH to help it digitally transform
As part of a wide-ranging digital transformation programme, Moat, a leading housing association in the South East of England has chosen MIS AMS’ ActiveH to manage its 20,000 homes.
Mark Rogers, director of business transformation and insight, said, “We spent time focusing on getting the overall strategy behind digital transformation right from the start. On meeting the team at MIS AMS and learning the capabilities of ActiveH, we knew we’d made the right choice
“MIS AMS’s housing management technology is also underpinned with a real level of professionalism and confidence that has given the team here a great amount of trust. We looked at the options on the market and chose the ActiveH platform because it would easily assimilate with our own systems and our plans for the future.”
The IT modernisation programme will enable ActiveH to integrate with the association’s existing technology and retain Microsoft Dynamics.
Chris Mclaughlin, managing director at MIS AMS said: “I’m delighted to announce we are now working with the team at Moat. We have had very successful discovery days and we can’t wait to see what the future holds for this business partnership. Moat has ambitious plans and we are ready to show how progressive our technology can be.”
Mark ended, “We were really impressed with how the MIS AMS team understood how important this change for the business is and we’re looking forward to improving our internal processes, automating aspects of our work and refining our overall service delivery.”
