Accent Group wins Best Use of Technology at the HANA awards.

Accent Connect, Accent Group’s omni-channel contact centre system won best use of technology at the recent National Housing Federation’s HANA awards.

Accent Group has worked with MIS AMS over the last seven years and continues to work hand in hand with the housing management system supplier to reach its end goal of becoming a leading-edge provider.

The solution delivers communications via every channel for the customer – voice, email, webchat, Facebook, Twitter and video conferencing on one platform.

Accent’s Director of Digital Transformation Steve Dungworth told 24Housing magazine: “We are absolutely delighted to win this award and would like to thank everyone who has been involved in getting us to this point. The management information produced by Connect is starting to enable us to know, understand and segment our customers much more effectively, as well as managing the association’s national contact centre far more responsively.

“The initial results and independent feedback from colleagues and customers promises great success and a massive, positive impact on customer perception, staff efficiency and the working environment.”

“We’re really pleased Accent Connect has got the industry recognition it deserves, and we’re thrilled to have been a part of it – congratulations to the Accent team on winning the award,” said Chris McLaughlin, managing director, MIS AMS.
