MIS and Melville have enjoyed a long and productive relationship and Melville have been delighted with the software and systems provided, but importantly we are also happy with the direct assistance provided by MIS both on site and from the Helpdesk. The switch to ActiveH was a huge task and as you would expect there were a few problems, however we have been pleased with the help provided to resolve any problems and will continue to work closely with MIS to develop how to make best use of the software
